Top 5 Best Fall Events in Baltimore
By Isaac
Now that September is here and Spooky Season is upon us we thought it would be a great time to count down our top 5 favorite Fall Baltimore Events.
5 – The Baltimore Running Festival, October 14th
For some the running festival is synonymous with one thing; traffic. So take note; the morning of October 14th, do not plan to drive through the city. Instead, get some friends together, make some encouraging signs and gather along the race route to cheer on the runners.

4 – Artscape
Baltimore’s longtime and very popular summertime Art festival, Artscape, has moved this year to September 22-24th, falling right during the autumn equinox. We’re not sure if this was intentional or not but it sounds like a great way to kick off the season.

3 – The Great Halloween Lantern Parade
Hosted by The Creative Alliance every October in Patterson Park, this beloved family friendly event features lanterns made by local residents, lantern making workshops, pop-up performances and food.

2 – Fells Point Fun Fest Oct 6th-8th
This annual festival in Fells Point is definitely a highlight of fall in Baltimore. Lots of great food and tons of fun music. This festival originally started as a fundraiser to help preserve Fells Point from demolition to build a highway connecting I-95 and I-83. Walking through Fells these days it’s hard to believe anyone ever wanted to put a highway there.
